Having a look at the Ryan Air site earlier, and on their additional charges page, they charge £100 to change the name on your flight tickets.
At the current cost, it would be cheaper to change your name, and get a new passport than just pay for the name change.
They apparently do this to stop people buying tickets to sell on. Best hope you don't make a spelling mistake on your cheap tickets then....
