Soft Reset
Press ALT + RIGHT SHIFT(CAP) + DELETE.
Wait a while, and a red light will appear and the screen will freeze. The phone will reboot.
It takes longer than expected when holding the keys down, so be patient.
Hard Reset
Remove the battery for 10 seconds, then reinsert and turn the device back on.
