Worst case of DOMS I've ever had!

After playing squash on Wednesday night, I had a little soreness in my glutes on Thursday. I haven't played squash since losing a lot of weight, and I put in a lot more effort than I normally would. There is a lot of sprinting and lunging which no doubt caused the soreness.

On Thursday I had the usual club run, but felt okay to run. I went out, and ran the first mile pretty hard for me (around 7 minute miles). Today, I have barely been able to stand up.

I put this down to the squash as opposed to the running as I never get this sore from running.

The only time I've had it this bad was caused by wicket keeping for the first time with all the squatting involved.
